I was thinking that. Granted one night of windy weather but feck my roof wasn’t hanging off this morning because I actually maintain it in line with guidance from the people who built my house.

Bent was the worse kind of property squatter imaginable

Someone give this man a chocolate biscuit.

Hit the nail bang on the head.

Who ever knew the state of the roof and didn't do anything to alert Hallett should be boiled in oil and have his fat sold for soap

And guess what else.

The only game postponed in the entire football league and the conference.

Still listen to the apologist nonsense on PASOTI for this amateurism

got to agree, there was no damage anywhere else was there. No flooding, no trees uprooted, no damage to any other single property in Devon and Cornwall.
Actually, yes there was............some feckin moronic posts on here. Pasoti is bad enough, some of this drivel outdoes it

Yes there was heavy damage Vampires as you say. I went over to Bovisand last night to view the chalets myself. Whilst obviously very dark it was a scene normally like we see after USA hurricanes. Two of the Chalets completely decimated roofs gone but the whole site there was gear all over the place. Despite the wind having dropped considerably the noise from the sea I had never heard before
How ours came thro unscathed is purely fortunate.

Brents still a wanker though laugh

8 years without routine maintenance was the issue here.

Yep lot of the galvanised uprights are badly rusting despite supposedly not susceptible to it. Never understood why we never painted them green like Hibernian did on theirs.
First time visitors to the ground all say the same. Didnt know they had scaffolding on the ground.

The roof over our ST seats at the back of the Spion Kop always pisses water in during every heavy downpour. Walsall last season was almost a constant tap like effect the whole game. Bungo laughed it off when I told him.

All this thanking Brent just relieves him of the charges of asset stripping the club for his own gain. I will never ever thank him for "saving" us he just made us endure seven years of shite football whilst he fumbled around trying to leverage money from all of us. Luckily he's as useless as he's avaricious.

In one.

Furthermore I resent John Lloyd posting this on here, he was perfectly happy to slate Brent and co when he was on the outside of the tent, so this is pretty damn two faced I'd say. Also its overplaying the influence of the trust, when it was founded it was little than an exercise in singing Kumbaya, then it became a vehicle for Webbys self promotion. Brent was always going to 'save' the club as long as he didn't have to pay anything. It was only the old lot that managed to scrape together money for exclusivity that scuppered it.

Brent for his part aquired us a 4th division football club losing money and left us a 4th division football club losing money.

Au contraire..  It was only Heaney ponying up the cash for exclusivity that allowed the administration to be funded.  The great irony is, that if Heaney hadn't done that, the club would have almost certainly folded.  Brent wasn't going to pay for it.

Not au contraire in the slightest. Heaney did not "pony up" a penny as he was completely potless and about to be declared bankrupt, the money came from Koichiro Abe. Heaney was put up by the old lot to front it the company he was using for the takeover was registered at Stapletons accountants address, why it was him put up I don't know as he was owner of Truro, about to have their own problems.

The Abe money just delayed the Brent stitch up by several weeks the club didn't see a penny of it.

No the money paid for the administration period that Brent used to takeover the club. It was purely to pay the administrators whilst they did the admin.
