Sport management int which is the agency that looks after Ryan Lowe and Dom Telford have just announced that Calvin Miller has signed for them so that could be an indication that something is about to happen with Miller

Ryan Lowe has ended his interest in trialist Calvin Miller following the signing of left wing-back George Cooper, fellow trialist Ben Reeves remains at Home Park with a decision on his future to be made shortly.

hmmmm cant say i agree with them running with just george cooper as the main LWB and not having a backup in that position that isn't a makeshift. Reeves we dont really need as he's a central midfielder and we have plenty of options there with mayor, grant, randall, edwards and the two new guys.

i can understand that logic but again with cooper he can play in the middle in the Mayor role where he can be a creative assist guy also so that role will be opened up plenty of time for someone else to go in there like with MacFadzean.

Lets not get too bent out of shape over this season and players covering others and are they up to it. Should Ryan Lowe achieve a hat trick of promotions on the bounce the world is his oyster as other clubs will be lining up big time to poach him and it wont be just lower league clubs at that
Nice mid table season will do nicely then push the following year...

One problem we've had for many years is we can only field a strong eleven with very little of worth on the bench, this looks to be different this season with lots of competing attacking players being able to change up a game will be a massive boost.

Rumours on Twitter (and P'Bay) that we will announce the loan signing of Jerome Opoku today, a 6'4" defender from Fulham. Played on loan for Accrington last season.

I would have thought Fulham needed all their defenders at the moment.

Defender Jerome Opoku has joined Argyle on-loan from Premier League side Fulham.
A ball-playing central defender who can also play at left-back, the 21-year-old joins Ryan Lowe’s Pilgrims on an initial deal until January.
Mitcham-born Opoku spent last season on-loan in Sky Bet League One with Accrington Stanley, making 21 appearances across the defence as Stanley consolidated in the third tier.
The 6’4” centre-back has been with Fulham since he was nine, and consistent development has seen him rise to the fringes of the first-team at Craven Cottage. Having impressed in the reserve set-up, Jerome claimed the captain’s armband for the London club’s Premier League 2 side towards the back-end of their 2018/19 campaign, before signing a new long-term deal last summer.
Jerome will wear the no.24 shirt for the Pilgrims’ 20/21 campaign.
Deal subject to EFL approval.
Opoku’s home and away shirts for the upcoming campaign are available for sponsorship.
If you are interested in sponsoring the Pilgrims' newest signing, contact our commercial team on 01752 302204, or email [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

I suspect "free agent" players get a bit more money as Clubs are able to sign them outside the window to cover injuries etc.
