A bit iffy offering more than a year to an injury prone player.....especially if there's a chance we might have five players in that category.......Aimson, Telford, Macleod, Page and Miller.

those types with injury records as long as a toilet roll yes 1 year deals with an option of an extension can be acceptable.
In the cases of Carey, Lamerias, Sarcevic, Mchugh,Reid, Hourihane, Nelson (although we did get something for him via the courts) etc etc better contract lengths should have been offered that protected the club come their departures so we get something for them via a transfer, Same for the likes of Cooper and Jephcott should they have good seasons.

Well if he has been injured he fits the bill doesn't he....another gambol to go along with....MacLeod and Page and Aimson and Telford....I expect you get what you pay for....If these players stay injury free then great....got the makings of a good Div1 team.

Obviously didn't "excel" at Mansfield
But left sided versatile might be a useful addition to a utilitarian squad

In no way will we pay for him but im sure Ryan (if he's still interested that is) will try to bring him back on loan again but other clubs im sure will want him on a oerm deal.

Peterborough United midfielder George Cooper remains a transfer target of League One rivals Plymouth Argyle, but only if they can take him back to Home Park on loan.
The 23 year-old spent a successful time on loan at Plymouth last season when he helped to promotion from League Two.
But Plymouth boss Ryan Lowe told the Plymouth Herald: “We have said all along we can’t afford George Cooper. I have actually had a missed call off Barry Fry so I do need to call him back.
Again, it’s over to them. We can’t just go ‘Yeah, there’s this, there’s that’. If he becomes available for loan we would probably look at it.”
Lowe added that he had a ‘huge respect’ for Fry, as well as Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson and MacAnthony.
But he also said: “The valuations of players nowadays in this pandemic is a lot, lot less. It’s over to someone else, it’s not over to me.
“If someone phones and says they can do a (loan) deal on a certain amount then we might look at it, but other than that we can’t afford to pay any fees.”

Do you not think these "other" teams have already had long enough ?? Yes someone might come in but Lowe is right in that fees are not an option under the current climate

Tyreeq Bakinson, He have only been involve in this one preseason game against Cheltenham Town.
City then won the ball back shortly after kick-off with Tyreeq Bakinson, who made his first first-team appearance at Ashton Gate since the Carabao Cup clash with Crystal Palace three years earlier. But he fed Wells with a pass of his own and the Bermuda international rolled the ball into the bottom left corner.

Lewis Page has signed for Exeter- I guess they offered him at least a year contract (our offer was only short term - I would imagine until January).
