I'm pretty sure the Brentherald will put out some more pretty CGI images of the 'new' stand with filled in corners on the 100th day anniversary of non development at the theatre of schemes. They might even run the video of Lord Jim showing us the 'plans' for his manor.

I actually thought that this refurb would go ahead even with the supporters bar axed from original specs but the £1.85 million rumoured/confirmed difference between contractor quotes and brents offerings makes it more and more unlikely.
The obvious axing will be the mayflower terrace seating but am starting to wonder if any of it will even start. 3 directors walked away heresay as to why but all vehemently at loggerheads over the shysters plans

Agree about the contractors quotes Harve - the thought of paying out more money than he anticipated would freak the shyster right out. He seems to have an inordinate fear of spending money, as we know.

If we recall correctly Lord Shyster of Akkeron after planning granted made it clear he would be hugely disappointed if building wasnt underway by end of Q1... (clearly indicating that the off was expected way before)
