| Screenshot and long memory King, Davie Nine has leapt to his masters defence. All we need is Clive Toms (can see right through the HC Green malarkey, especially when he posted about train travel the other day) to get involved now |

What a clown, but then he worked for a trucking company up and down motorways all his life. Hardly the best green credentials. I blame the lead in his head. Why would anyone wanna go out there on a non match day to get something to eat, Easier and simpler to get a bus or walk into town get something there, |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]There we go, even PAFC recognise that Central Park is a nice green space, but lets improve it with seven corporate chain 'restaurants' adding to the ever increasing list of junk food outlets in Plimuff impinging on 'one of Plymouths, most beautiful green spaces'. THE BRENTMARE CONTINUES |

| Only Plymouth could think it a good idea to introduce a loved green space to the coarse, ribald and boorish. And that's before the corporate entertainment troop arrive by charabanc, shouting, guffawing and finishing off their works expenses Albion sarnies with peppered salmon on paper plates....."ere, we got time for a swiftie in that fanfest thingee" And, sadly TG, from the meetings I attended, all the council want from their cafe, despite consultations that wanted other things, is a small place, run privately and cost neutral to them, like Devonport Park, but for little more than a cup of coffee and a cake for mothers to keep in touch with their social media while occasionally keeping an eye on their toddlers in the very expensive new play area. Everyone I spoke to at meetings thought it was a wasted opportunity, bad planning, and frankly a very poor show. The council think foot fall around the life centre is all that matters, and cost neutral is the new black. Ticking capital funding boxes. We've dragged a promise out from them to make certain improvements to the allotments in the park. I'm not holding my breath. They're out to lunch and all afraid of losing their jobs. However, keep an eye on the bowling green pavillion hub. That might engender some non council community ooommmff. While we're on the subject of council owned things, I'm glad to see the frankly dubious new owners of Albion are NOT going to be running the Stonehouse Creek community centre. |

| Lets be honest we all know he'll not get one single franchise interested in his clusterfuck batch of intended restaurants. These franchise chains that Bent covets are run by CEO's of intelligence who are well aware of the saturation in Plymouth currently compounded by the Bretonside development underway
We ought to have a countdown clock to when planning expires because bugger all will get built and I sense a change in the wind direction with the Pig as well..... He knows he's on borrowed time and will become a Pariah the day Bent leaves with his tail between his legs. Fair play to the Wife Rustler Webb who knew he was on borrowed time and decided instead to offer his wordly charms to the poor maidens in Milton Keynes |

The fat oaf never has a day off along with his Yankee mate piss stained deliar The 'New Supporters Bar' thread is not going very well for him, and he's being made to look a right fool even when he is on holiday. Compounded by the fact that the muppet was on the GAGWG and that that was the place to bring up any thoughts about the impact this development would have on PAFC as a club. |

| Looking forward to the details today (as promised) from the complicit GT's over their long overdue prospectus reference their shipping container supporters bar. I'm hearing that they have finally twigged that the shyster has done them up like a kipper and are now openly critical of the devious little snake
Perhaps one of their chiefs could comment here on ATD |

| Fools and their money are easily parted. Brent had the gall to say, after 5 years in post, that he hadn't given one thought to buying the stadium freehold at a knockdown price of £1.6m. How much more proof is needed as to his duplicity.
The clue this time around is the 5 year lease. A lot of things can happen in 5 years including Brent's thoughts on the future of that part of HHP and uplift possibilities. Who invests a million building costs on a 5 year lease at the back of an uncertain building site ? And for a catering establishment that will have 7 restaurants and hundreds of covers in the grandstand as direct immediate competition. LOL And one more thing, is this new extravaganza also going to be some modular portable building ? Shorely not. I can't believe what I'm seeing happening. Someone somewhere is on to a winner from this ridiculous concept. The question is who ?
I understand after 5 years "the club" will pay back the capital. Anyone else get the feeling Brent is racking up more and more debts onto the club ? Maybe the perfect alibi when push comes to shove and the club run into difficulties, for him and Hallett personally to appear as the cavalry and buy the freehold of the whole stadium from the club for another knockdown price. I'm sure that thought hasn't enetered his mind either.

Brent whilst a shark is not entirely a thick one at that and he's realised that these GT'S up to now have been very pliable and as always he plays on the Janner mentality. The prospectus is a month overdue, no clearance of any site, a weak statement on Pasoti that things are underway. Nailed on with industrial rivets the rotund shyster has tried to push the boundary just to far and once to often as always |

| You can bet your bottom dollar Hallett is in on it now too, as he hasn't bought into the club shareholding for nothing, giving him similar interests and ownership interests to Brent. There are possible future capital profits to be had as he himself has admitted on the jbsoti Q and A when he rocked up. Look forward to conversing with Hallett's emissary on earth, Rickler, on Hallett's Q and A comments that are available for all to see on the baggo'. |

Course we are only two and half days from the end of Q1 the date Brent himself said he would be hugely disappointed if the refurb wasnt under way by, in the Herald.... Perhaps Errington could ring his Lordship up and dare to ask what the hell is happening |

Look forward to conversing with Hallett's emissary on earth, Rickler, on Hallett's Q and A comments that are available for all to see on the baggo'. Why am I Halletts emissary? Have I defended him or promoted his philosophy in any way? Just because I met him once and liked him, I am now a supporter and mouthpiece for him? You really are a fool, and a scheming vindictive one at that. You're trying to paint a picture of me that simply isn't true and you know it. You only had to see his reaction to the question regarding his loan that I asked at the last fans forum to see that he wasn't pleased - and yes, he knew it came from me - but that doesn't fit your stupid little made up narrative does it? You really ought to get informed, you're an intellectual dinosaur. |

It is true, and I couldn't have told you more clearly I'm fed up with your bullying of other specific fans on here for years and years like a rabid dog, and lately of me as well, for no other reason that you find well held articulate argument impossible to bellow at. What your problem is with, as you call it, pontification, is of no interest to me whatsoever. What I will do is mirror every last grain of bad vibes back your way until you stop. I will continue to give my opinion of Hallett and his long term objectives, and no doubt you will continue to defend him, as Newell defends Brent. You have made it personal, so it is personal. Bad luck. |

| Lol.... Once again you fail to provide any proof of your outlandish claims. Just because you say something, it doesn't make it true. I ask you once again... Where have I defended Hallett's actions?
As for the bullying... That's rich coming from you. A man who is trying to 'bully' me with his avatar signature. Funny how you and that other obnoxious know it all, always start claiming you're being bullied when your hat is being handed to you! As it happens, not only are you a bully, you're also a hypocrite (no surprise there) as there are several posters on this site you go after like a little rottweiler. Graiser and Greenskin etc..
Anyway... I would have thought the biggest bullying act ever would be trying to shut this site down? Only two people have tried that.. You and Newell. Fine bedfellows. He was successful, and you of course were a failure.
You continually flouncing is one thing, but what on earth did you think you were doing when you were modding and unilaterally decided to shut and close down this site in the deep of night when nobody else was around?
Who gave you the right to play the 'squire'?
