That's just awful. WTF are they like, Peggy? GC was without doubt the most articulate, informed, bypartisan and reasoned of posters you could hope for on matters pertaining to the HHP V.1.04 clusterfuckulisation.

What a vile and desperately hideous website that Pisspoti has become. The whole PAFC community must 'now' realise that Pisspoti is the site to avoid at all costs if you want to engage in PAFC debate, and don't want a knock at the door or an invite into the boss's office.

Argyle are putting out a plea to fans to back their Grandstand plans but no mention of the other part of the development.




SUPPORTERS are reminded that they still have time to make their views heard on Argyle's planning application for the proposed refurbishment and extension to the main grandstand at Home Park.

The club encourages feedback on the proposals, which have been lodged with Plymouth City Council and which can be found on the PCC website.

Oh dear. Bit desperate, innit. And straight after last night's major setback, too.

People can comment "I've been a fan since 1902 - get it built" all they want. It's not an election: the planning committee will decide the application on the basis of planning issues. And given the response from Highways England, it's not looking good for Brentville.

Fell out of love with all things pafc. needed a bit of time away.

Peggy if you want a wild flower meadow just in the back garden and leave it as it is without any hard landscaping. Just lay black plastic over the grass for the winter and then sow wild flower seeds in the spring. Hopefully the grass will die over the winter and the new wild flower seeds will grow. Been doing some reading  . Just make sure you weigh down the plastic.

I've objected to the development with the parking as a real issue for me. I live in an area with zero public transport, and I mean zero. For me to get a taxi to the bus, into Argyle and back again costs north of £20. I then have to change cars buses six times in total and takes about 4hours to complete both ways. Why oh why are some fans not bothered about losing any valuable parking which other clubs are envious of? Graham Clark hit the nail on the head the existing parking should remain, too many have taken a pro Brent viewpoint and are now Brent fans foremost with the club and it's needs following a late second.
The standalone Grandstand refurb needs resubmitting on its own or this whole project will go the way of the first one, probably will anyway I have no faith in Brent delivering any major projects ever, he has previous on that score you know.
