I must go and check Greens On Screen to see if they've captured the full beauty of it all Is that half the budget gone though? |

| Yep, Gill has caught the beauty of the green and white chains, that lead the way from the Lower Mayflower stand down onto the pitch, in the case of an Emergency Evacuation of the stand. Sadly no pictures of the new steps that lead up to the stand from the terrace. Obviously the price of bricks ain't too bad at the moment! |

He has to provide 'continuous' ice - build a new one somewhere before closing the pavilions one, I expect him to wriggle out of that since it will hold up the boulevard... expect PCC to be held to ransom. |

That was part of the deal whereby he ended up owning the Pavillions for a £1, nothing to do with the club strictly speaking. Except for when he was planning to crowbar an ice rink into the HHP footprint. If he knocked the Pavillions down to build his hotel or whatever it was he told the council he was going to do in order to bank their land as an asset. Here he is threatening to hold up the Boulevard unless someone gives him money [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]He really is a shit. |

| Has there been any action on the development of the old Far Post club, or is this on hold/cancelled due to the imminent construction of world-class corporate facilities in the mankey makeover. |

| Pinched from another siteA very, very interesting and in depth view on how to refurbish the Leitch Stands at Everton. If you don't want to read it all (its long) scroll down to Figs. 12 to 17 with fig. 16 catching my eye as to how a new roof without pillars could be achieved. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ... eturnid=15 Also St Etienne recently put in a new support system on an existing stand that removed all its pillars, a similar system to The Dolmand Stand refurbishment at Bristol City that also removed its pillars |

Four million when the fees are paid will get you the Mankiest of makeovers, The Mankover if/when completed will be more Exmouth than Everton. |

| Surprise that the goal area were cover with covers with our good drainage yesterday. Far post club is coming on, new bar being fitting this week, kitchen being painting but they still need to put in a ceiling. Only one part of the old club will be open again, should be open by May. |

| I would wager large that the group set up a closed whatsapp group, minus said site owner, to discuss anything controversial. Maybe he's representing the residents of Peverell who are shit scared they will lose their sea views with any major construction. |
