Dont blame Wylde there. We dont need Boateng he was a massive let down when he eventually signed again after the window.

DEREK ADAMS wants to make 'a few' additions to his table-topping Plymouth Argyle squad during the January transfer window.
But he does not expect to receive any of the money the Pilgrims will make from their lucrative FA Cup third round tie away to Liverpool next month to bolster his personnel.
Argyle are set to pick up around £500,000 in their share of the gate receipts and the broadcast fee for their BT Sport-televised visit to Liverpool on Sunday, January 8.
Adams told Herald Sport: "I think it's very important for the club. It obviously helps a great deal with the cashflow.

"There is a new grandstand to be built and it's something that can help them."
Adams, however, is not banking on getting any of the FA Cup cash windfall to spend on strengthening his squad.
He said: "I have already been given my budget for the season and I know what I have got to spend."

This 'financially better place' with the jury out on that one , seems DA has a different story to tell..... Or just maybe he doesn't want other clubs to hold us to ransom by mentioning the opposite |

Well that should satisfy a few on here that didn't want him anyway, I was a bit undecided about him, as for Boateng, don't care where he goes to as long as it's not us, always struck me as he was running through treacle. |

| songo'o does a better job than boateng they need to play him in midfield. I got tired of wyldes mazy runs with the resulting cross getting cut out by the first defender. Not bothered about either |

No massive loss. I wonder how many balls are still floating in the Sound or lost in Crownhill Fort after last season's crosses (attempted) by Wylde. |

| Every time someone comes or doesn't come, the argument is crowbarred in to fit It was obvious he wanted to get away last year. Why would he come back, and certainly Northampton will be offering a larger portion of his wages than poor pauper Derek can afford. |

Adams obviously wanted Wylde, but he did'nt fancy it probably because he thinks the squads not good enough and the manager wont get the backing he needs to improve it, bit like last year. |

Possibly, but Argyle have always been a bigger better club than Northampton until recently, he was obviously thinks Brents/argo is a backward step compared to the glamour of Norfamton. |

| Northampton have had a season in the old first division, witch is more than Argyle ever achieved. |

TORQUAY UNITED: Nathan Blissett left out of squad for New Year's Day game at Forest Green Rovers
KEVIN NICHOLSON has confirmed that Torquay United striker Nathan Blissett is not in the team for the game against Forest Green Rovers this afternoon – with a move to Plymouth Argyle on the cards for the 26-year-old.
Blissett scored his fourth goal of the season on Boxing Day when United beat Forest Green 4-3 at Plainmmor.
The return game kicks off at 3pm this afternoon and although Blissett has travelled to the New Lawn – he has not been included in Nicholson's 16. Instead, Exeter City loanee Jamie Reid will start up front.
While Nicholson confirmed Blissett's absence from the squad, he would not comment on the player's future.

Keep crowbarring. Don't mention the budget. You mentioned it last week, but I think you got away with it. |

| 26 year old non league striker who's only scored 4 in 24 appearances this season. Despite what the green tinted brentophiles say this is one shit signing. And one that confirms brent is not supporting the manager just like last January window, and the one before that, and the one before.......etc etc
Promotion? You're having a laugh.

| People do need to take an objective view, it would be great to splash out £100,000 like Barnet just have, but on our gates how can we compete....... |

Exactly Pat, averaging only nine thousand in this league of giants means all the moaners should shut the fvck up and be grateful the posh master is pushing the boat out to secure the services of No Goal Nate from Torquay! JB, has only had six years at the club he needs another ten at least before we are ready for the third division. |

| You want to calm down mate over the signing of a non league player. What you gonna do in January when Derek probably has more non league players being lined up to wear a green shirt, on the orders of green Jimmy. |

| Another great result for the Gulls nine goals in two games and four points off a team fancied for promotion. So far has been a good holiday period for all three Devon teams. Barnet will be tricky, but is the kind of game a promotion chasing team should win. |
