The other point I want to make clear is, the email address that was hacked was my personal email address - not the one I used for pasoti.

He had a hit list of about a hundred people. All the usual suspects from here were on it, personally speaking he published my name and address and e mail in the flicker folder. I had that e mail address hacked as well as my address book and ended up with a computer virus as a result. On top of this there were loads of screenshots of me and porky arguing online as well as him asking people who I was in real life, he wanted to identify me at a match. When he found out who I was he bottled it and never came for the chat.

The pornography to which Mr Newell often refers happened on the previous website to this one ArgyleTalk. We had to leave that website because Newell and Ponty were allowed to be Mods on the site (and Gob subsequently formed ArgyleTalkDemocratic). What Newell often forgets to mention that the posting of the pornographic link was done whilst he was a Mod on ArgyleTalk  The poster who put up the link thought it was for a website for big gay animals (Bears) but it linked to something else with a similar meaning- it was quickly self-moderated.

One little known thing related to this subject.
When the new ATD site was first up and running, this site was monitored regularly by the IWF. The IWF is a much needed voluntary body set up to try combat child pornography. Anyone can contact them.
Now who on earth would think this football fans' forum had anything to do with such things ?
It is quite easy for a normal website like ATD to ask the IWF if they were being monitored and why.  I can't think who would be quite happy to waste the valuable time of the IWF on a football fans' forum. Of course, some on that spoof ATD site started by Nool referred to fans on here as pedophiles. Strange that eh.

No it has all been dealt with KJN style, after Nool published all my private details online, which he had illegally copied from the mod room at pbay to his own personal files on his own pc, he quickly hid all the offending photos, he then publicaly apologised to me on pbay. He then deleted the apology, deleted or password protected what he could, CLEANED the thread of any incriminating things then DENIED that anything had happened. He has since accused other people of hacking his pc and planting the material there, why didn't you do that first before apologising for something you'd been set up for? Freak.

I would bet my bottom dollar that the information Nool had on his Flickr account is just a fraction of what him De Lar hold now. Does anyone actually think he stopped collecting information about his enemies just because he got caught out last time?

Pedlar told us that De Lar records everything so I imagine he has lots of files containing screenshots of ATD posts, as well as all the personal info about us he can find. Of course, not all of it is accurate - hence nikkk's lawyer's sending their crap to the wrong address.
