| If you want a thread that sums up why Brent/Starnes get away with what they do then this is great.
So the farm have a thread which ranks your non-football Matchday experience.
So far:
1. r4h4al had to queue up four separate times because the club screwed up his season ticket order. He gave it an 8 out of 10.
2. pafcalltheway said not bad on the whole but he waited over 10 minutes in a queue only to be told they weren't selling beer.
3. Postey has come over all Mary Portas (not literally of course) and is rearranging the club shop although one benefit is that he doesn't have to pay 5p for a carrier bag so he may be able to replace the manky stained one he abused Frank with at Cambridge last year.
If you can treat your loyal customers with such shit service and still get an 8 out of 10, why bother?

Anybody who gives less than 8 out of 10 is called a miserable sod by the site bully then told to have a few nights off |

| Took an hour and a half to get in 55 minutes to get a cold pasty and a warm beer My seat was covered in bird shit The match was appalling The atmosphere was dire My phone and wallet were lifted at half time by a pock picket The bloke sat beside me had chronic BO Leaving the stadium I slipped on 7 years of mould build up and fractured my ankle in 9 places. Unfortunately, due to the above I'm forced to mark my matchday experience down to a 9 but to be honest I'm just thrilled that I've got a club to support, see ya all next game and remember, keep it green |
