| Abide with me sounded like a dogs dinner sung by a load of fat burds and the bit that was supposed to be singing the national anthem missed her cue and just stood there gawping vacantly, a real wish the ground would open up moment. Why fcuk with tradition? Just leave it to the RM band. |

| Clattenberg is continuing the fine tradition of Premiership referees who double up as Manchester United's twelfth man on the pitch. |

| palace/padrew teams are so predictable, as soon as they score they try and sit out the game and allow teams to come at them and then bang they score.
and people want Padrew as the next england manager!!!! |

| Poor old LVG winning the FA Cup knowing he'd already been sacked and replaced.
And it really is hard to believe Bolasie and Punch played for us only a few years back. |

Captain and scored the winner in injury time as well, first SFA cup win for Hibs since 1902 apparently. I thought they won it when Williamson was in charge, must have been the league cup. |

| Rooney's performance was a positive for England, thought he was excellent, particularly his passing. |

Dane, quick question for you how can man utd fans get all giddy about Jose coming in when all the things they moaned about LVG being to negative, boring football, not playing attacking football etc is what Jose is well known for despite his success? |

| JM's appointment will go either one of two ways. He will be a revelation and turn them into the glory team of the 90's, or if he tries his meglomaniac BS in the United dressing room it will be a complete disaster, re Chelski's dressing room shenanigans during the latter part of JM's tenure. |
