You think they can take 20 points out of Leicester who turn up every game and 15 out of both Citeh and the Arse? They will be better for a bit then Gus will spend some heavy millions in Jan which may bring instant relief but it is more likely they will be also rans behind the top two, Arse and Citeh, Leicester can't possibly hang in there, can they, and the winners of Spurs, Manure, Liverpool or Leicester. I can't stand Moo, it is always all about him and he has no respect for the game, he did a job at Porto but the rest of the time he spent huge money and got some trophies for some rich guys but he has never built anything much, that is the sign of real greatness, not these coaches who do a couple of years here and a couple there, following the big money. |

But surely that's the nature of the game, big players bring big egos and you have to manage that regardless. Clough could never deal with egos but he's still regarded as a great. I dispute he has no respect for the game, how can you have sir Bobby Robson as your mentor and not respect the game? People like ibrahimovic have spoken extremely highly of him, it's easy signing them but challenging them and motivating them in day in day out is another matter. I'd be extremely surprised if an interim manager gets millions to spend in January when there famously is no value, unless it's us selling anyway. [Patiently waits to be called a retard] |
