Can't argue with the judge with the FA/FL/HM badge on. Maybe the court of appeal next clown

I wonder if footy will ever go down the tragic boxing route. Post Blatter, and ongoing SEBgate, it's not looking good. Nothing lasts for ever. An Olympic 4th division ?

Well the referee team obviously didn't Angry, and neither did Errington who credited Brunt with the second goal. These news organisations are all going off a news agency report that Wylde scored it which is clearly not the case in the eyes of the referees - who at the end of the day decide what is a goal and what isn't.

football league said so right or wrong whether you like it or not it in the books as his goal so u should only be fair and right you too should credit him with it. if your going to be picky about who scored what because the herald told you so sure im not the only one to think brunts goal wasnt going in if it werent for the massive deflection so shouldnt that be classed as an og too? Which Brunt goal wasn't going in? His free kick?

It all begs the question of who do the BBC, Sky and all the media organisations get their information from? And the Football League.

As it clearly isn't the referee's report.

So presumably one media bloke in the press box watching (as best he can) reports the goalscorers and match facts there and then, and nobody checks afterwards.

Goal awarded to Bruntinho!

The paragraph explains that it is an opta stats person at the game who submits the match details to the press agency.

You've changed your tune.

Last week it wasn't my opinion that should matter, I should go with the Football League and who they award the goal to.

Now they have reviewed the goal and awarded it to Brunt, I should ignore them?
