| I'd rather have Freathy or Angry or even Crapstone Lil over Awford, Wotton, Hargreaves, Cocko, that geezer from Brighton, As I've said before the only option for a 1st timer is Darren Purse. The footy would be carp but the sideshow excellent. |

| Don't think I've seen anyone's odds as short as they now are for Awford. Worrying times ! |

No idea why you've included Coughlan in that list, did his dad run over your kitten or something? Got to be Coughlan if we're going for the cheap option now - though Lomas feels like Mourinho in comparison to Awford. |

| Andy Awfuls got to be the cheapest option, probably taking the job for minmum wage! If andy get the Gig its a relegation battle season again under the Glorious Jim. |

| If it is Andy Awford , i will jump off the Tamar Bridge with a 2015-2016 season ticket firmly grasped in hand.
I wonder if Argyle are interviewing today.
Perhaps they could be in deep deliberation [over an afternoon lunch] after all interviews conducted, with the picking of the new manager being taken and an announcement either later today, early tomorrow or on Tuesday. ?.
We will hear anytime soon now on who the lucky person will be, then either the sh.. will hit the fan or there will be plaudits galore. |

we're 20/1 for relegation, might be worth putting your £ on now, before the odds tumble |

Not surprised when there is five f...ing threads on the subject. Yes, i am bored with it all now, however, i am still drawn in like a bee to a plant. Come on Argyle, end this agony. |

| I think we will end up with either Danny Wilson or Gary Johnson due to the Starnes connection. Danny Wilson generally fails at most clubs and underachieves. Johnson was highly rated 5 years ago but seems to have struggled since almost getting the Turnips into the Premier League. Johnson who I think manages fairly similarly to Luggy, might re-discover his previous managerial fortunes; Danny Wilson (like Exeter City) will always be Sh*t.
No wonder the early bird ST offer was so early. |

No wonder the early bird ST offer was so early. Only problem along with the fact he is very overrated is Johnson only just signed a new 2 year contract at Chetenham so if Brent were to hire him he would have to cough up quite a sum. |

| Unless he has a get out clause. Yes, I am clutching at straws. |

| Maybe some good news? Awford's odds are drifting from 4/7 to 8/11 and Cocko's are shortening from 5/1 to 11/4 |

he might have one but none the less that will still come at a cost to the club wanting him. A get out clause just means cheltenham cant stop him going to an interview or accepting an offer from a bigger club.... |

| He's just here to do the absolute minimum, keep the club ticking over on minimum resources until he can fulfil his grotesque mini stand fantasy . Alway's said that, sooner we get shot of him the better. |

| At least Lomas has had a good job in the past (and a bad one at two higher levels) and Coughlan has coaching potential.
We KNOW Awford is terrible.
Who genuinely looked through his application and thought he was a good option? If we were going for the cheap option he's not even the one that makes any sense! |
