What the whole block? Greedy barstewards! I was feeling generous, about 100 for friends and family and 500 to be passed out amongst the needy and downtrodden of Stonehouse, although I don't like to talk about the immense amount I do for charidee. Can someone PM me the contact numbers for the 'erald and Spotlight. |

They have far exceeded that now. Only a handful of tickets left for Saturday. Will have sold out early tomorrow I predict. |

| If 15,000 tickets have been sold at £20 a head, am I correct in thinking this match is worth around £200,000 - £250,000 to Argyle (allowing for concessions)?

| No- its already on pasoti that we only a % of the total gate money from the 4 playoff games - the rest is put into a pot for the other league 2 clubs- - Postey wrote:
- The income generated from the play-offs is shared between the four participating clubs and the rest of League Two - this is called the Pool Account and money is paid out depending on the position each club finishes in League Two.
Sky TV money from the play-offs including the final is not paid to the four clubs but to the Football League.
The four teams taking part in the semi-finals will equally share 50% of the income from the four games, the other 50% goes into the Pool Account. So Argyle would receive 12.5% of income from all four play-off semi-final matches regardless of the size of attendances at each game.
The two teams in the play-off final will share 50% of the income generated (not the TV money) and the other 50% goes into the Pool Account. So if Argyle reached the final they will receive 25% of income generated from the Wembley game. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

Incorrect.....Argyle will not get the money....only a portion allotted to them by the FL. Ps.......as previous post.

| So if we assume each club sells most of their home allocation @ £15-
Argyle (cap 16388) 15000 *£15 = £225000 Wycombe (cap 10300) 9500 * £15 = £142500 Stevenage (cap 6920) 6500 * £15 = £97500 Southend (cap 12392) 11500 * £15 = £172500
Total £637500 @ 50% = £318750/ 4 (playoff sides) = £79687.5
So each playoff side will get around £80k from the attendances at the playoff semi-finals. |

| Now we have a sell out with as little segregation as possible is there a definitive figure as to our capacity these days?
Imagine this was a L1 play off against Sheffield Utd, any takers for how many we could sell? 24k I reckon given say 4k for away support. |
