| Whatever they are Tranmere appear to be a complete shambles who haven't yet bottomed-out. The post-match interview on the Football League Show suggests that there is a hoooooge rift between players and management, they have just lost 0-3 at home and they haven't scored in 4 games.
If ever opponents could be hand-picked for a must-win game then surely it has to be them.

And therein lies the rub... Tranmere appear to be so weak that even a pub team would have a chance against them... Which leaves Argyle under great pressure to achieve what would seem the simplest of tasks. Are we up to it. Surely we are? As anything less than a win will likely cripple us. But cometh the hour, cometh the team... ...we are not exactly cometh Proper Job! The Shrews won't be tame.. They will likely need points to have a chance to finish as champs. They certainly won't want to leave their supporters going home wondering how they lost a Championship by losing to chumps like us? But that's looking ahead... LOL. For now... Argyle Vs. Tranmere really is our biggest game in four years! |

| I feel after listening to Sheridans post-match interview with Sparksy that the moaning and despondency he came out with reflects the way his team played yesterday....whatever the seasons outcome is for Argyle, BRENT has run his race at Home Park and should be moved on.
Agree 1000 and 10 per cent. |

Sheridan and his staff, dour and uninspiring. Brent and his jamboys, self interested and lacking in style. vision and integrity Why do I have to keep on repeating myself, year after year. Bleddy one trick pony , that I am |

Agree 1000 and 10 per cent. Sorry I edited your post instead of quoting it then changing it, massive abuse of mod powers, will I be forgiven? |

| What's happened to them?
On the evening of the January 19th 2013 they were top of League One after winning 2-1 at Brentford. It seems like they've pretty much lost every week since then. |

Yeah. Scenario oneArgyle lose 2-1 amid scenes of disorder/pitch invasions at HP, while Luton win at Southend. The police and stewards fail to control angry fans. JB ushered away from the ground under an escort as angry fans battle police outside. JS is sacked within 24 hours. He has to get the train home as his car has been bricked and sprayed with obscene words. Scenario TwoArgyle thrash Tranmere 6-0, while Luton lose at Southend. People invade the pitch at full-time and laud JS and JB. Play-Off objective achieved. Everybody drifts away to have a few beers and reflect on the forthcoming Play-off matches. Scenario ThreeArgyle stutter to a 0-0 draw, while Luton also draw at Southend. Fans chew nails throughout the week wondering what will happen at Shrewsbury. Everybody is on edge.

I wonder what the attendance will be next week, Tranmere could easily bring 500+ or so down to HP. I expect the attendance will be somewhere between 6,800-9,800 ?. |

| I see on PASOTI that they are calling for admission price cuts to get more people into the ground on Saturday.
Also, Tranmere have five official coaches coming down so far, plus those that will travel independently by minivan, car and train..
Whatever the actual attendance is on Saturday, it will be a an usual atmosphere inside Home park. |

| Quite simply Argyle are totally incapable of winning this one. Every single time this 'team' is asked to rise any form of occasion, just like brents lip, it completely buckles. If Tranmere aren't confident of all three points, then they should be. Unless they really don't realise just how utterly dogshit we can be, especially the occasions we most need a result.
Glad I'm not going |

Have you ever predicted an Argyle win? Oh and I think everyone else is glad you're not going too. |

| That apart he's right though. We have consistently bottled it every time a question has been asked this season.
Our best hope might just be that all streaks come to an end eventually so why shouldn't it happen on Saturday?
It's going to be a very nervy occasion for both sides sets of fans; if it is true that our players don't much care then that might just work in our favour.
Quite seriously this is going to be the biggest test of our bottle since that famous QPR game.
Saying that it is going to be mahoosive isn't so much hyperbole as bald statement of fact. |
