| Carver, has got to be the Carl Fletcher of the premiership! How the hell did he become Manager of Newcastle? |

| Don't really know but Newcastle fans were screaming for Pardews blood for ages before they finally got their way. Doesn't actually look to be that clever a course of action now bearing in mind Pardews results at Palace, maybe they're getting exactly what they deserve up there and begs the question of who exactly the feck do they think they are-haven't won piss all since I was in primary school. |

| He is a good coach/assistant just not a good manager. It speaks volumes on how little interest Mike Ashley has in Newcastle really. I cant see them attracting any top draw manager in the summer.
Carver coming here to bail out the totally out of his depth Mariner was one of the better judgement calls the nwo made. It was his input and assistance that made us slightly more competitive in staying up then if the club just left mariner too it like they were planning on. |

| I think Carver still pinches himself every night in disbelief that he was actually given the managers job. I think his true level is a lot closer to league2 than the Prem. |

| I think this is very harsh on Carver
Last week I was in the car and 5LIVE was discussing the imminent Newcastle v Spurs game. My ears pricked up when they said "Newcastle have 4 x 18 year olds on the subs bench".
How the hell does a PL team end up so short of players that they have to pick 4 out of their youth team?
It's no wonder Newcastle can hardly buy a win at present and it isn't as though Carver is responsible for bringing in a load of players wo have flopped. Quite simply he has to do what he can with what he has and that doesn't appear to be much.
Maybe if Ashley was as keen on Newcastle as he is on Glasgow Rangers things would be rather different?
However you look at it Newcastle's wheels appear to have fallen off. It's a good job for them that they are 5 points clear and that there are so few games left to be played. |

Instead of slating off his own players the clown should resign! His dogshit tactics and man management are to blame. |

I feel abit for him he is clearly is out of his depth managing a club of that size, thrust into the job by an owner who is more interested in Rangers than he is Newcastle which i still wandering why FIFA/UEFA are allowing him to do that when its a clear violation of their own ownership rules. I've already said he is a good coach but its a shame a geordie boy like him so clueless at being the number 1 he is on the verge of taking them down just like Shearer did. |
