Where are mobile speed cameras going to be in Plymouth over Easter?
POLICE in Plymouth were using mobile speed cameras from the back of a van on Embankment Road this morning but where else will they be over the Easter break?
Some of the locations that the Devon and Cornwall Safety Camera Partnership are likely to be patrolling include parts of the A38 - in particular at Deep Lane, in Plympton.
Other major roads that the partnership has identified as mobile speed camera sites include the St Budeaux Bypass, Outland Road, Alma Road, a stretch of Tavistock Road in Roborough, Novorrossiysk Road, Plymouth Road and Billacombe Road.
Towards the centre of the city sites include St Levan Road, North Prospect Road, Molesworth Road, Peverell Park Road and Lipson Road.
Elsewhere, roads where police regularly park their mobile speed camera vans include Honicknowle Lane, Pemros Road in St Budeaux, Stanborough Road and the Ridgeway in Plympton, Glen Road, Newnham Road and Wolverwood Lane, also in Plympton, Church Hill in Eggbuckland, Looseleigh Lane and Tamerton Foliot Road.
