We have been asking him to tone down some of his comments for quite a while now and his post last night was viewed as being particularly nasty by the mods on at the time.

He had 24 hr ban a few ago, and came back with all the usual comments.

I week ban and a final warning imo. From 1 day to permanent seems harsh. 1 last chance I say although knowing Tis he'll tell you to stick it anyway.

If you did he'd come back and carry on in exactly the same vein.

He can be a reasoned, interesting poster but on certain subjects he goes too far, this coupled with his almost routine use of terms of abuse towards other posters has led us to this very uncommon decision.

The mods have had a discussion and we have decided to post a set of rules that will be enforced if necessary. Posters will be warned and suspended/banned as follows.

1) Warning.

2) Second warning and a 24 hour cooling off period.

3) Final warning and ban for a week.

4) Permanent ban.
