Bit of departure for us this year, had goose instead of turkey. Bleddy nice it was too, drained three bowlfuls of fat off it while it was cooking and used the fat to roast the spuds in-it was delicious, as Hannibal Lecter would say. Very much a goose fan now, having goose leg for supper tonight and looking forward to it.
