What happens if you're resident in those places and your birthday is/was 30 December?

As an uneducated fool, I'm easily confused.  This has flipped me over the edge.

I assume this is the old Samoa thing, right? Quite a fuss being made in the news over here, basically they are almost twelve hours behind GMT, whereas it's neighbours like Australia, NZ etc are twelve hours ahead...so Samoa are basically losing a day to make things easier in the long run.

On the other hand this thread might be about time travel, which pretty much ruined Heroes Series Two & Three. So I'm against it.

S'pose its the same as having a birthday on the 29th of February, your still a year older.
