He knows how to butter up janners and what makes them tick. A few privileges and deemed status, is all it takes. Look at nool n bean head ffs ! You would have thought after the humiliating Mini Stand fiasco, that Englands Biggest Village would have had enough of The non developer, but obviously not. |

See why he got the gig now. Unions are asking for openness and transparency over expenses of the board after FOI act requests were refused. |

| Spotlight did quite a balanced piece actually, obviously the press do read our work, they started off with the usual shite about city banker, millionaire, owns Akkeron and Saltrock then the other reporter said that Brent has lost exclusivity to Civic deal, Oldway was being re-negotiated with Torbay council he then said that Pavillions was waiting to move to HP. No doubt about it, the word is getting out. |

Public sector workers feeding at the trough is bad enough but refusing to respond to a FOI, who the fcuk do these goldplated, detatched from reality tossers think they are? |

Good luck with that one kids ! Times Higher Education have raised FOI on University over Wendy Purcell. - News that Professor Purcell was receiving her full vice-chancellor’s salary despite no longer running Plymouth is likely to raise further questions about the university’s handling of the situation.
THE asked whether Professor Purcell’s salary had changed since her exit as vice-chancellor last week, but the university did not answer. THE asked the university in the Freedom of Information request to detail its legal costs in its dealings with Professor Purcell. The university gave a total cost of £271,010.35. But the university refused to answer the question of what, if any, legal costs it has paid on Professor Purcell’s behalf. It also refused to answer whether it had paid any other money to her as part of the agreement for her to return. wrote: |

All this is symptomatic of the times we live in. If Wendy Purcell was sacked from Kentucky fried chicken she would be sent out the door and that would be that, no more wages, no legal money to fight her employers as it is the establishment closes ranks to protect one of their own yet again. The lack of transparency is obvious if the proles found out how much money was actually floating around the economy they may get restless. 30000 kids paying £9000 a year so these useless people can live in luxury. |

## 'erald link ## Civic Centre plans within two weeks apparently. PCC are looking to move back into the City Centre within five years. The £900K on pop-in shop at Lawsons was money well spent then. Maybe Leigh Rapson's story of them moving into Derry's will come to fruition after all [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |
