woy has picked a dull side if media reports are to be believed. Not doing himself any favours if we dont put on a decent performance and more importantly a win...
however im not watching it either i might watch endless repeats of beadles about instead

It only seems like yesterday that the WC was on the box.
This has got to be an easy group for Switzerland to win then .
England should also get out the group though ..
I would take a draw tonight, seems a fair enough result tbh.

If England want to be remotely serious about 2016, now is the time to remove Roy and bring in someone with tactical nous. As qualification is practically secured now, this gives a window of opportunity for new players and a new system to be embedded with a new manager. However, the FA would see it as counter-intuitive to sack a manager just after the most difficult victory on paper, but they're not thinking outside the box.

It's a very easy group, if we don't walk it, we can be extremely concerned.

its an piss easy group that we as a 5 a side team would walk. So yeah we won against the only credable nation in the group that could cause an slight issue has virtually got us there already. Its the frendlies that the FA has booked from now till 2016 that will be the real test and will help prep us better for france.

An encouraging performance from a young squad..........it's all we have thanks to the PL. The next two years should provide the necessary experience and development to compete with the best. We look really sharp on the break. Just need to score first, so other teams come at us.
Just wish the jingoistic Engerland 'loyal supporters', would stop incessantly singing 'God Save the Queen'. England til I die etc etc. Cringeworthy.

It was a decent enough win but the same old problems remain, our inability to keep the ball while 1 nil up was worrying.
