| Team news to follow.
Alan Gow is out injured for Rovers. Matt Harrold might start up front for the hosts although he is likely to be on the bench. For us, Banton is out injured and Cole keeps his place.
If we pick up three points today and Southend lose away at Morecombe, we'll be in the play off places. I don't expect that. I expect nothing more than a point and I can see Southend winning. A two point gap could become five by 5pm today.
Last time out, we beat them 1-0 at home in front of 8,600. |

| A big 4 days. I'm at Wycombe on Tuesday. Happy with a minimum of 3 points from the 2 games, delighted with 4 or more. Good luck to all making the trip today. Enjoy and safe journeys. |

I'll always err on the underwhelming, understated side as I've had too many dead cert results blow up in my face. I once had a £2500 accumulator go wrong in the 94th minute when Stoke equalised away at Everton - it was a £4 bet. I'd be happy with a point. If Morecombe play like they did last week, Southend will at least get a point. |

| We've yet to go a goal down under this new MEGAGOALZ system of Shez so better hope we score first as we'll probably blow it else. |

Bristol Rovers go into todays’s game against Plymouth Argyle looking to continue their five game unbeaten run.
The Pirates have been good at the Memorial Stadium and victory on home soil has been what has moved John Ward’s men up to 18th in SkyBet League Two and another three points could see the Gas move even further up the table.
Ward will be without on-loan forward Alan Gow for about six weeks after he damaged his ankle ligaments where as striker Matt Harrold has returned to training and will be assessed before the game to see if he is fit enough to feature.
The Rovers boss is eagerly anticipating the game and told BBC Radio Bristol: ”We keep coming up against teams in really good form. Plymouth are one of them. Saturday will be a tough one, but our home form is good.
“I’m expecting a good attendance and if we add a performance to that, it will be a good day.”
Plymouth are one of the inform teams in League Two, having won their last three games and scoring nine goals in their last two outings. The Pilgrims currently sit in eight place just two points outside the play offs.
John Sheridan has no fresh injury worries ahead of today’s fixture with midfielder Jason Banton (groin) expected to be out for at least another two weeks, while keeper Luke McCormick (finger) is a longer absentee.
The Argyle manager told BBC Radio Spotlight: ”I’ve always believed that we are good enough to be in and around there [play-off places].
“The mood has always been good – luckily I have a good dressing room and have a good group of players, who all want to do well. Reuben Reid in his third spell at Plymouth.
Reuben Reid in his third spell at Plymouth.
Danger Man – Reuben Reid:
Bristol born Reuben Reid will offer the main threat to Steve Mildenhall’s goal this afternoon with the pacey striker already having scored 12 times in the league this season. Reid started his career with the Pilgrims where he only made 7 appearances before a move to Rotherham. The powerful frontman has since played for West Brom, Walsall and most recently Yeovil Town under Gary Johnson.
Yeovil then allowed Reid out on loan to Plymouth in the 2012/13 season where he made 18 appearances for the Albion and in June 2013 it was confirmed that he would rejoin Plymouth on loan until the end of the 2013/14 season |

| That is a half that can deliver the play offs. Under the cosh, one nil down, 4 wonder saves from Cole and we snatch an equaliser in injury time. Geddon Argyle.
Come on Argyle. |

| Sounds like Cole is doing his stuff. Big thanks to him.
One of the things that's been nice recently are the number of goals coming from both mid-field & defence as well as attack.
Southend drawing as well. |

| Southend losing. I know it's not been a great performance and we're under the cosh but a winning goal would put us in the play offs with a game in hand. |

| This defeat was clearly caused by Andy Symons' wicked AFT statement. I demand a full scale Pasoti witch-hunt over the next 48hrs. |

| It was defeated by my favourite lower league striker Matt Harrold. I hate and love him.
Man Utd won. Cardiff won. Rovers won. The day of the underdog. |

Sounds like the story of your life Hairy. Do you wait to be rescued, or do you struggle on heroically . Cheer up, the sun is shinning again tomorrow. |
