Cheers Damon - whichever way you look at this, ultimately, it just can't have a happy ending for the club can it? I mean, what is the best case scenario and what percentage chance is there of it being realised versus the worst case. There is a sense of inevitability about it all. |

| Has the new lease taking away the corners of our stadium and the 'small' parcel of land been signed yet? |

| Agree Hitch. I just cant work out how this plays out. Brent says he cant build the stand therefore no HHP or Pavilions. Argyle in (best guess) £6.5million of debt. Even if we trade week to week for the rest of the season and then a Wembley appearance gives us funds for next season, what happens when the balloon payment is due, or Akkerons/Natatomisams administratore demand their £2 million. Land stripped, intangible assets worthless. I am extremely worried. |

How dare you have a perfectly valid worry about the club. You freak, you weirdo, it's all lies, lies I tell you. |

Remember the days of 'Loads-a-money' auctions and free coaches?

Yeah - loads-a-other-people's-money as it turned out. When's that court case due? |

| Why would concillors be briefed about that?
It's only a 'small subsidiary' of Akkeron that has gone into Admin, after all.
Sure... |

The best case scenario is that - somehow - ownership of PAFC passes to someone else who has no need to build the diddy stand and surrounding Clusterfuck. Seats are put back in the Mayflower and the old Leitch has a mini-makeover. Argyles revenue potential in terms of capacity is restored (if we move up the league) and we wait until such time that someone can build a Grandstand worthy of the name. |

| Not quite that simple though. A loss making fourth tier club with £6million worth of debts and no tangible assets is not going to be that easy to pass on to someone. |

True yeah, I guess we need to unearth a couple of Wrathall/Nikkk type characters who are genuine fans and don't mind throwing good money after bad. Even the worst case scenario with another Admin would probably see Brent up the road, so at least that would be a silver lining to the Admin cloud. |

| Glass half empty - We will be ground sharing sharing with Parkway but in a lower league position.
Glass half full - We will be playing at Home Park but in a lower league position than Parkway. |

Bit radical innit - cause it actually makes sense. |
