| He's insinuating that your original comment is bollocks unless you have proof that Brent is indeed in charge of the search for a striker or secondly that he has turned down requests from Sheridan to fund a particular purchase, citing either a lack of conviction that the striker is indeed the answers to our prayers given his extensive rugby, sorry football knowledge, or that frankly we've run out of transfer funds.
or I think that's what he's inferring.
Given the other threads of this type I would say that that the subject matter and OP is plainly repetition......although I may of course agree with the overall tone.
Hope this helps. |

| Former Argyle striker Rory Fallon has signed for League One outfit Crawley until the end of the season after leaving St Johnstone |

| Paul Connolly signed for Crawley too. Michael Dunford is there. |

| X-Isle must have soiled himself with those two at his local club. |

Pity we couldnt temp Connolly back till the end of the season at least. Sadly, its only since he left that we see just how good a job Dunford did for us. I'll pass on the holy striker Fallon |

Blimey...Crawley have dropped their aspirations since their promotion. Their fans are used to seeing Tyrone Barnett play up front, they are in for a treat when they see Rory. |

| I cant see Lavery coming back here. I think it more likely that he will go league one as he has already proved he more than good enough for this league. Very interesting thread about strikers on the farm with Dunlop complaining about lack of transparency. At long last people are beginning to realise whats happening. |

It may be that or it may be due to the recent anti-PASB campaign. |

| Sheffield Wednesday after losing in the cup match last night Lavery came in for a lot of stick from some supporters
Needs to go out on loan again. Now we're out of the cup he probably will. We can bring him back for the last month of the season, when hopefully we'll already be safe. Need players who can do it now as we are not safe yet
He wasn't up to scratch tonight
TBH I think he is garbage. Has no talent and just runs down blind alleys....however, asking him to play on the wing aint gonna help.
Get him out on loan doesn't offer anything for us ATM. We needed him he did a brilliant job then faded away. He doesn't have the power to burst past a player on wing. And there's no chance of him playing in his natural position as we are too busy polishing other peoples turds.
He wasn't great tonight, so we should all slate him and ruin his confidence.
Not knocking him for the sake of knocking, but his final ball was really poor tonight.Definitely needs to be sent back out on loan to a League 1 team to hone his skills.

| I think hell go to a league 1 club, it would make more sense for him and owls, if he struggles in league 1 hell probably end up back here though I doubt it.

They sound more fickle than our supporters. Two goals v Leeds in a 6-0 win, last month's chip paper. Imagine us saying that about Harvey? 'He's shit, get him out on loan ffs ASAP' |

| Wednesday fans are far worse than we are re: big club delusions. I listen to the radio Yorkshire show when I'm up there called Praise or Grumble - it's a phone in - Wendies fans are unbelievable in what they see as their place in the football pecking order. They genuinely see themselves as a top 10 Premier League club. |

| Posted on the farm
Reports in t'north (on a Wendies fans' website, at least) is that if/when Madine returns to the squad and/or they bring back Connor Wickham that Lavery will be coming back to us.
It is wrong about Wickham because he has gone to Leeds |
