After all, this is an industry website aimed at people with an interest in this sort of thing. The article is very negative about FES and uses the quote "incompetent lending".
And then we have ATD. A small website about a crap football team where a handful of people are discussing FES and whatever this administration/liquidation bollocks actually means. Libel lawyers up and down the land must be rubbing their hands in glee at the thought of being instructed in this case
I wonder what moron would think that what is being discussed here is FAR more damaging then the article on loantalk. Or this one for that matter:
http://www.mortgagestrategy.co.uk/first-european-securities-reassures-brokers-over-funding/181688.article Where he funding coming from, Japan? |

We have all been banned curiously as news emerges that nikkk's businesses are failing.
I remind you, how much personal abuse has IJN dished out over the years to Damon over his bankruptcies?
Apparently then it disqualified Damon from asking questions. He had no right and clearly no expertise. I wonder if he will be half as vile in his attitude to nikkk now he can't get any money or status out of him.
We really do need a "like" button on here |

| To think, I was banned for bantering with Newell and calling him a faggot all those years ago. I don't think there is any doubt, Newell is a giver, not a taker. |

| Was it really worth the destruction of the fans favorite website? Was is really worth causing such a divided fan base? Was it really worth creating fictitious characters to destabilize the Fans Trust? Was it really worth hacking a forum and closing it? Was it really worth private investigators hired to spy on fellow fans? Was it really worth the collecting of private information of fellow fans, for whatever reason? Was it really worth spamming other fans web sites? Was it really worth the dozens of legal threats to a fans website? Was it really worth creating false Twitter accounts? Was it really worth the thuggery by storming FOCP meetings? Was it really worth losing good friends over? Was it really worth losing what 'was' a good reputation?

| Jon B says this on the farm (only two paras from about six).
Over the last year though, I have seen, read & experienced much behaviour that has shocked me.
Fans' groups taking 'secret' legal advice on whether or not to sue fellow fans, vileness & abuse being posted anonymously on internet sites by people holding/having held senior positions in fans' groups, the near-gleeful sharing of information believed to be a 'smoking gun' (it wasn't) that could de-rail the Home Park planning process, personal online spats being reported to national racism bodies in an attempt to get the club into trouble, etc, etc.
Shocking & foul.
What upsets me most are the more considered attempts to destabilise Plymouth Argyle & it's current ownership.
From what I see (& I don't know what I don't know), these attempts to damage our club are being undertaken by people with extensive personal agendas, be it close relationships with previous owners, be it having idealist socialist ideals, or be it having had involvement with potential alternative bids to James Brent's (whether from Walter Mitty types or not). I understand that the Herald had some interesting contact/phone calls from people terrified that their involvement in late-in-the-day & fanciful attempts to stop JB taking us out of administration would become public.....
My reply, Maybe you would like to enlarge on why we have two successful fans sites now Jon? To only focus on the fans divide when trying to ignore a story about the clubs sponsor speaks volumes. We hear how everybody is turned off by the glee expressed at Nikks trouble. No glee here but I do think that the story needs discussing. To pretend that nothing is happening because the latest court action happened behind closed doors is frankly laugable, it could and probably will have an impact on Argyle and as a fan I take an interest in this. If the facts of the story had been published and discussed when the story first broke it would have probably all been over by now but with the usual suspects trying to deny there is anything of interest to talk about it adds fuel to the flames. And right on queue we have the banning of EJH (who is obviously a marked man for being anti the clusterfuck) and Damon can't log on. I am not sure who you are talking about JON when mentioning reporting people for racism but when it comes to dirty tricks, legal threats and dirty dealing then look no further than your buddies at Pasoti, they started it and they're still at it. The more you tell us there is nothing to see the more it piques my curiosity. |

Slimy copper who, much the same as Hooper, used ATD purely as a charm offensive to garner votes for the PASB. Wonder who the 'Socialists' are that he's slagging off? |

| Ian Newell has just posted a load of lies again on the farm. He says that he would sue for defamation of character only it would cost hundreds of thousands of pounds that he doesn't have, LOL you don't sue people because you have been caught out loads of times taking part in underhand stuff, blatantly disregarding the laws on data protection and you know damn well that people have copied your dossier on the freaks so that if you went to court you would get laughed right out of it. There are probably about ten people left in the world who say that they believe what you say Ian, they are either completely stupid or they want the freebies you offer out to real fans. |
