The way I read the two entries were that the first (for FES in September) was for changes to the directors and the company address (this could be the directors Nikkk said he brought in but wasn't happy with?).
The second was the establishment of FIL as a UK company.
This is going by the reference codes published on page 1 of any London Gazette.

This thread can remain for now but please be mindful of posting something libellous.
I'm sure Nikkk stated that FES was being closed and replaced with FIL (I think, I could be wrong we've read a lot over the past 24hours) if that's the case it would appear under closures of liquidation.
Feel free to discuss but be careful. Anything libellous or any posts that threaten the forum will be removed as always.

Nikkk's reaction is he's mad as feck with Damon for blowing the whistle on something which could mean more financial trouble for Argyle
Nikkk's sponsorship deals, the FES Devonport End, the FES family area and of course the shirt sponsorship deal no doubt runs into hundreds of thousands of pounds so take that away from the budget the club operate on can only mean Argyle having a much worse squad in the immediate future.
It will be extremely interesting to see Mr Pasoti giving it to Nikkkk with both barrels now as he has been doing for the last year or two with Damon, but anyone with half a brain cell knows full well that Newell won't be taking that route with his "real mate" no matter how desperate his financial situation gets or how it affects Argyle because Mr Newell is a two-faced cnut
Speaking of two faced cnuts, I wonder why Postey wasn't the first one to break this news on the farm? He's usually all over anything like this which has any link to Argyle like a rash

So long as Damon's got that info direct from the London Gazette, then he's not done anything to fall in to the 'ban' bracket. Likewise linking to the loantalk site.
Pyongyang would have to completely obliterate it's own policies and make itself even more of a laughing stock, if it were to press the ban button.

But if FES do go tits up surely Nickkkkks position plus the sponsorship from FIL at PAFC would become untenable and forfeit respectively ?

Never a truer word. His reputation was well won during admin for digging out little nuggets. There can be little doubt that he would know of this information and probably more. Imagine if it was Damon going through the same - we wouldn't hear the last of it from Postey and IjN. There is a little more ancient history out there in London Gazette land if you look hard enough.
