| - "So how did the initial approach through that fans website go?"
- "I dunno really. It started out OK. I think I made my offer clear and I think I really got across how we'd operate."
- "Brilliant. And you mentioned the supporters' director?"
- "Oh yeah. They loved that bit. I don't think any of them have thought about what successful and inclusive corporate governance structures at football clubs look like, so as we thought the random placement of one fan into a board structure went down fine. It's just... I dunno"
- "What?"
- "Well, I got the impression as the debate wore on that I wasn't being taken completely seriously."
- "Maybe you're just oversensitive. Being one of the Plymouth-based businessmen in this consortium, you're probably too close to it. Perhaps me, being from Torquay, or one of our businessmen colleagues from Further Afield would take a more balanced view."
- "Yeah... maybe. It just felt like people were openly laughing at me at some point."
- "Hmmm. Well it's their loss if they don't want it. Now, what shall we do with this pound?"
- "Kinder egg?"
- "You read my mind."

| Will you have enough money to fund the team significantly enough to compete, first of all in this league, then start the process of building a team to get back to the championship
History shows that if the club show ambition , the gates rise,
be brave !!!!! |

FIN Gareth I think you will find that recording a private conversation and then posting it on ATD is against the rules, I will just check. _______________________________________ I'm one of the common people so says the wife! | Damon, if James puts £1m into the football club then that's up to him. As I said earlier the outstanding football debt is approx £5m. Any debts to him would have to be written off. It maybe is why he is reluctant to spend heavily on the football side of things, because he would probably be aware there will be no return. |

So James puts money in and you think its not part of the Debt? Ladies and and Gentlemen welcome the first crack head Chairman of PAFC. |

| No I am correct that it is not part of the football debt that the club are committed to pay. Have just checked and it is not football debt. |
