I really dont see Sturrock coming back a third time especially as his 2nd term was awful plus he isnt a mug to come back here under Brent. Same for Warnock. As for wotton, maybe in a few years time but certainly not now and not when he hasn't even completed a year as a coach. Assistant manager or First team coach i have no probs with providing any new manager has a say in the matter and is willing to let him learn but as the next manager? no its got disaster written all over it. |

(2nd was bad enough) wotton wouldn't put it past brent Warnock (could turn out like sturrock mk2) Who else would want the job. Can guarantee the normal names will be mentioned John Gregory,David O'Leary have they even had a job in last 3 years ? Lee Hodges only experience was Truro city, Doesn't look good does it. |

| Who would want to come here in the first place? no funds! the sheep arent interested in the football side of the club only in making rich people richer! no ambition beyond seeing exeter/portsmouth games as cup finals! super shit grandstand! etc etc

So anyone there witness the same? Were the players in a huddle taking instructions or is that not allowed hence he didn't venture out to speak to the team? Sheridan was at home in Manchester layed on his sofa in front of the fire watching the Arsenal game, what your dad saw in the dugout was a lookee-likee dummy in a tracksuit. |

| I looked in on this thread last night whilst keeping one eye on Arsenal and Chelsea on the telly and just wondered why anybody bothers anymore. What went before was bad enough but three years scuffing around at the very bottom of the professional pyramid must surely sap the most rabid supporters will to live. In retrospect the raising of the match day price to £21 was the final straw for me, as Fat Bob said "if you want entertainment go to the cinema", how right he was and it'll be a feckin sight cheaper as well. I've just bought a ticket (6 quid, sorry only standing room left) for the provincial rugby final in Cape Town on Saturday between the Western Province (my boys) and the Natal Sharks. A 48000 highly partisan crowd and a true occasion featuring many properly talented international players. £21 for absolute shite, no thanks. |

| No point sacking the manager until the useless owner and his board are replaced.
Shezza gets a 3 year contract and then the useless employ the man he's answerable to (yet another 'yes' man).
The club needs cleansing from top to bottom, again. |

Just goes to show how messed up football is overall. They probably have a few more higher profile fixtures than we do meaning additional (extortionate) policing costs. Just one example of how the average fan is getting ripped off. |

He's definitely turned down Swansea and Southampton and maybe Swindon, although I can't be sure about the latter. He has a very strong working relationship with Julian Tagg and has described his working environment at City in glowing terms. Do you think he would leave all that to work under a man like Brent? Rest assured that people in football know the score at Argyle. |
