That Ollie's explanation is so full of holes.  It was set up with big fanfare by The President to mirror the ultras abroad with a naming competition (result ignored if I remember) and as some kind of social inclusion community project for the young people of Plymouth.  It was also meant to encourage more kids to come to watch Argyle.  Does my nut in.

Watch out for a President Speaks parroting the same theme as the Ollie fella.
