And that was only about twenty years ago ...

went to the Co-oP today ~ WITHOUT buying milk!

Went to Heathrow again this morning.

That's twice in a week.

Not going to be made redundant.

Edited to add - off to the gym now. This is VERY mundane.

I shopped at the Co-op in Tavvy today. Guess what.... I forgot to buy the milk.

Ran out of milk this afternoon at work.

I wish I'd bought some earlier.

Settled down in the chair to read my book for a while before tea, and dozed off. When I opened my eyes, it was pitch dark. Thought I'd gone blind.

That's a time warp you've just described. Sounds like 2015 to me. Cameron's Britain went down the tubes that year, they sold the City to Brazil for a year's supply of food, and electricity was rationed to small areas of Knightsbridge and Berkshire only.
If you see a naked Arnold Schwarzenegger, it's more likely to be 1989.

My birthday today - golf in the morning, followed by a lovely lunch with Mrs PP at the Lord Louis. The bottomless ice cream swung it for me.

Quite stuffed at the moment. Mrs PP has dozed off.
