As I'm returning to playing for a year or two I have had to get back into shape this per season. With two weeks till the start of the new season I am now doing this diet. Shake for breakfast and dinner and normal evening meal.
I am told I can loose 10lbs a week on it.

I lost about8-9lb to get my bikinibody for holiday. I reckon I'm well on the way to putting all that (and more) back on at the minute!

I have been doing this diet religiously, training and I played 90 minutes last night

Dane if you want to loose weight then try a spinning class at a local gym. Its a great way to loose a few pounds , get the strength back into your legs and you get the chance to eye up some fit bits of fanny.

I do spinning mate. It's a killer, right now I need as many minutes back on the pitch so I'm ready for the start of the season.
