Jump on the bandwagon with the insulting bits if you like greensleeves but above is my opinion. Personally I don't think pasoti contributes much to anything anymore but I don't wish to stop anyone else visiting it if that floats their boat. It's called choice. If you want to be patronising though suggest you need a bigger handbag because you aren't very good at it with the one you are using.

The farm is a shadow of what it used to be.
Personally I find the sycophantic utterings from Ian Newell to be very nauseous the worst one being when he posted the Argyle shirt with Nikkkkkkkkkks company logo with words such a he'll love this and when you see him at the matches this season, just have a word with him, let him know what you think of what he's done and is doing for our club.
Don't get me started on the pretentious one our good friend and scholar Mr X. What a prick.

Pasoti used to be good up until about 2007/8 when the control freaks began hurling abuse at and banning anyone who dared to criticise their beloved stapes. Ever since it's been continously plummeting to ever more depths of shiteness and is now just a pathetic joke run by and for the benefit of a few of brents inner circle.

Exactly. Nikkkkkkkkkkkk may as well wear a big neon sign with a totaliser constantly being updated to show how much he's donated to the club. Then the plebs can form an orderly queue for the chance to shake the big man's hand, with Porky and Webby deciding who gets the honour of telling St. Nikkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk how grateful they are for his mere existence.

I don't like money-lenders who charge high interest rates. I detest pay-day lenders who charge extortionate interest rates. I don't like the fact that there are gross inequalities in this country and that the business world often appears to have no morals & their only raison d'etre appears to be maximising profits. I hate the fact that very rich people & corporations appear to operate with impunity and use all sorts of accounting tricks (all perfectly legal) to avoid their contribution to society. I hate that's how the world of business works.

I hate the fact that international companies pollute the environment & damage the world's ecosystems. I hate the fact that countries sanction the selling of all sorts of weaponry to despot regimes. I hate the fact that these regimes are supported by our government one day and the following day become our enemies. I detest the fact that various companies - especially sporting goods manufacturers - exploit low labour costs & inferior working conditions in third world countries in order to sell goods at lower prices to pampered consumers in the West. I hate the fact that often includes children. We have exported our poverty. We have exported our unacceptable operating practises. I hate the way in which the world's resources have been exploited at the expense of third world countries. I object to the Tescofication of our high streets. I don't like the association with alcohol or cigarettes in the sponsorship of sport. I dislike the way in which we are all encouraged to consume more. I hate the way in which rich countries import cheap labour to work in their shit jobs. I detest the sycophancy around our Royle Family and the fawning gutter-press that elevates them to their pedestals & then exploits them to titillate their readers.

I could go on but I'm bored and tired.

How many of those companies, individuals & countries are involved directly or indirectly with sponsoring sport and specifically football? At what point does a person who, relatively speaking, operates a small local business with objectionable interest rates is more worthy of condemnation than the real villains?

I agree with almost all that you wrote Knecht except that Nikk is a small part off all that, he is attached to our club so that makes him visible to us, as I've said before I'm not that bothered by him, the sycophancy makes me want to urge though.

Agree with nearly all of that Knecht apart from the Royle family part. I always thought Jim was great personally. But as for the Royal family I quite agree Very Happy

I wouldn't think Carling would be able to sponsor the DJM junior football league, nor Benson and Hedges but then I doubt they would ask.

I must admit though I don't sit at home shaking my fist worrying about who's sponsoring Argyle but I'm surprised dogbreath Hooper hasn't complained about FES/FIL being involved at Argyle because he's easily outraged and is a moral crusader. Hypocrisy again from the sanctimonious prick.

No they wouldnt Jock thats for sure, as is the fact that teams in the DJM are not allowed to get sponsored by licensed Alcohol suppliers so im led to believe.  I wonder if the DJM would object if my U'11's had Ladbrooks across thier shirts!.

Loan companys and Betting hasnt really been smeared enouth that it is deemed naughty, especially when borrowing helps the economy.

I havent got a problem with who sponsors what to be honest unless its door to door lenders like Provedent who really pray on the poor, targeting high unemployment area's with thier pathetic high interest rates especially at xmas when they know people are desperate, then they are still paying the bloody thing off the following xmas.

I think that you are probably misled on that, unless of course I am, but borrowing just increases the national debt which is the reason being courted for the austerity measures that have been and will be put in place. Therefore it doesn't really help the economy, just a very small few to line their pockets.
