To get the best out of any player,considering the position we are in,we need an experienced manager who knows how to set up a team to fight relegation.
People like Andy Beattie, Malcolm Allison and Tony Pulis spring to mind in Argyles own history,bringing in players to play a system tio avoid the drop.
Witness the players Ufton, Mariner brought in, they were bad buys and down we went. Ifear fletcher`s lack of experience will prove costly for Argyle.

Argyle and Sutherland cant be bad.
