Golf Day..

More than happy to extend this invitation this way as I know of people who play here too

I have mentioned this a couple times in other threads and got a generally positive response, would people be interested?

Probably thinking somewhere local like Elfordleigh or Boringdon where you can have a bit of a society day (longest drive, closest to pin contest etc) and it would be good to put a few more names to faces.

I know quite a few people on here play; if there is enough interest I don't mind organising it

I'd be up for it if its east of Plymouth as I'd be coming from Hants. Alternatively if you want a tour, I'm sure I could get you a really fun day at mine (over 100 years old, but friendly members) and others if interested.

In fact anyone passing this way, (north hampshire) pm me and I'll always try and fit in a game.

ps not all members are a 100 years old, just 2 or 3. the greens are over 100 years old and are super and they welcome pillocks like me to play on them

Definitely up for this-did the proposed AFT golf day get any further? I guess they've had other things on the agenda just recently.
