I hope he realises that short skirts and revealing tops are not allowed. |

| I'm not going, the other half is! After me gloating that I was 'up' after Cheltnum and the National, she wants a few tips. I then had to tell her I was basing my gambles on the opinions of a raging Scottish cross-dresser I've not met but regular message on the internet...bit awkward. |

Haven't looked yet. Anything trained by David O'meara is worth a look, his horses are flying at the moment. |

| Well that was £50 back to the bookies from yesterday's winnings I did open an ISA today so the rest is safe. It's the players championship tomorrow and Tiger Woods is a massive 15-2 which ain't bad seeing as you can get six places eachway. It isn't Tiger's favourite course though so I'm going to back Mickelson for the first time ever @ 25-1 as he's got a great record there and Lee Westwood hasn't done badly there as well. Luke Donald is a popular choice at 20-1 but he hasn't won for ages.Mcilroy doesn't like the course either so Mickelson's a confident eachway bet, even though I can't stand the lolloping bumpkin. |

the trainer of OUR FOLLY is about 10 miles from me and often sneaks a winner in, I backed it when we went to Bath races last month I like Eshtibaak I think it's called in the first. Ridden by Paul Hanagan. Very unlucky in its last race last year and then ran Ok in the Lincoln. It's around 5-1. Am going to have a big bet on the Aiden O'Brien horse Ruler of the World at 2.45. It's been backed for the Derby recently so will need to win this comfortably to be a Derby entry. Going to double it with Vibro Valtatt for Paul Nicholls in the first at Newton Abbot. His only runner there and he has a 45% win rate at Newton Abbot. Also doing Here Comes When in the 3.15 and Naalatt in the 3.30 @ Goodwood. |

Looks like Vibro Valtatt should be winning today, but any other tips appreciated! That Vibro Valtat has just cost me £100. Did a treble with Ruler of the World and Enrol at Goodwood. Still I've got £50 win on Ruler of the World and £50 win on Trap 3 in the 1.12 at Sheffield which both won Sean there's been a big move for Yabora in the 4.15 at Newton Abbot. It's been running in much better races than this one, and it's owned by the trainer so I reckon it's stable money. It's about 9-2 at the moment and was as big as 8-1 earlier. Niki Royal looks to have a great chance in the 4.50. At least as good as the others over hurdles, she gets a 7lb allowance for being a mare so if she can jump the bigger fences I think she's the one at around 5-1 mate. Good luck |

| Very good day. Now just want Tiger to win the golf. Mickelson's not doing so well though.
Ullswater was a non-runner Alan so you have a bit to collect.
Will have a look at tomorrow's soon, but how impressive was Ruler of the World? Still pissed off with the Nicholls horse, cost me a treble up and 4 winners and a non-runner in my super yankee coming second. |

| £10 Eachway on Tiger at 7-1 and £5 eachway on Mickelson at 25-1.
Tigers playing brilliant golf and is -6 which is the best of the late starters, but Mickelson is a lolloping bumpkin and I shouldn't have backed the tw@t.
Tomorrow David O'Meara has 3 runners and I fancy two of them to win.
Awake my Soul 7.30 at Ripon @ 3-1 and Gandalak @ 7-2 in the first at Chester.
Also doing an Aiden O'Brien double at Chester. Magician in the 2.15 @3-1 and Memphis Tennessee in the 2.45 at evens. Memphis Tennessee won this race last year.
Also like Aiden O'Briens Say in the 8.20 @ Cork so I might do a treble as well. |
