25/1 to win the league, not bad odds to be honest but im holding back before i put money on it till we see who john brings in.

handicap bet may be a good way so pick up some loot - i imagine we will be 18/1 +17 points so cover it each way 1/4 odds a place.

Until you know the strength of the squad that Sheridan puts together....any present odds are pointless & meaningless.

Isn't the point of ante-post betting about getting on early and hopefully getting a good price.
If we assemble a really good squad and win all our pre-season games then our odds may shorten to say 10/1 at which point we could be kicking ourselves for not taking the 25/1.

So you're gambling on Brent loaning the club more money to support Sheridan, when he said he wouldn't ?

I'm not gambling on anything I am just pointing out the benefits (or not) of taking a price now rather than later.

handicap woule present best value - you dont even have to finish in the promtion places to claim winnings but it all depends how the favourites fare.
