Well maybe somebody should tell him to look at the notes of that meeting at Citybus last week:

Quote :
2. What income comes to the club from the retail outlets?
a. JB – just the retail in the Grandstand operated by the Club (i.e. kiosks and
retail)

Didn't Webb accept presidential office on a manifesto of always badgering the club for the best for the fans, for the city, for the future? Has he fought just once against Brent, win or lose, on anything ever? #solddowntheriver

I forgot, he was just anointed not elected or even suggested by the fans.

Sorry, AoM he was actually elected as Trust chair by the rest of the Trust ( ISC) board.

One day when this crap finally ends, and it will one day, I just hope that we find a new owner that places the same restrictions on Newell, Webb and Jones as Brent is "rumored" to have placed on one or two past directors and the treacherous 3 are banned from Home Park for ever!

From his infamous ATD flounces to his double talk and undermining of the Trust, there are few that have plunged the knife deeper than Webb into the backs of the fans!

A few years ago Jones was telling the media how vital it was for PAFC to retain its existence because of the money that was coming into the city via the Club, yet now he is content to see that money slashed and slashed even if the Club were to have a hint of success! Wadda guy!

Newell needs no words, the whole Argyle world are aware!

There is a very, very pungent odor hanging around Home Park!

In November Webb told me that Newell had been told by the club to stop posting on Pasoti or he would lose his AAA pass.

Since then Newell has made over 1000 posts and bought the bloody website. Therefore my conclusion is that Webb is a liar.

Either that, or even the banker is wary of upsetting the fat controller.

They both win. Brent gets to carry out his money making without tiresome rejections and naps gets the AAA pass.

Although I do think that if Brent were to rid himself and the club of the Windsor Boys and chums, those people would look totally stupid and self promoting if they changed their tune and all of a sudden didn't trust his plans. They'd undoubtedy want to take over the trust as the new powerbase.
Hopefully, the great unwashed won't be that gullible........... again.

Pasoti has clearly been bought. It would be interesting to know whose money it was with though- Nikkk/FES would be favourite but I'm wondering whether PAFC/ Brent may have supplied the funds.

Why would Newell suddenly go from hating the site in January to want to co-own it now? I'm pretty certain it's related to the mini-stand project- Akkeron/ Brent will make millions whilst Argyle gets a new (small) stand with very little revenue coming from the new project. Where are non-Argyle fans going to have their banquets/ business meetings -in the fit for purpose hotel next door, or the Argyle business lounge?

The pasoti co-owner can have an influence on the site as it appears they can hire and fire moderators. His first decision is to appoint a gutless key board warrior as site manager and remove one of the better mods from his position. Charlie Wood had his account de-activated- how many other anti-ministand posters will suddenly find they can't log in, or that their password doesn't work (because the password has been changed so certain pasoti mods can read their PMs - a trick that has been carried out by Newell in the past [as stated by the pasoti site manager on his vital website]).

I've just noticed the pasoti header that states it's sponsored by FIL. Anyone believing Dave Gadd voluntarily offered the co-ownership to Newell needs their head read Laughing

I doubt it cost much. After all, there's still a paypal thing for contributions to running costs, isn't there? Not to mention all the adverts, which were originally about getting income to cover the server costs.

Ownership's more a power thing than a financial one.

The members of a forum I belong to bought the forum and paid for the new server etc. and we needed £4,000. A lot of us put in £10 each at the time and we raised £17,000. It can be costly in terms of running a forum but pasoti isn't that big. It would be under £1000 a year.

Amazing that Pedlar's gone - who would have expected that to happen?!

I would just like to say...

I suspect making a donation to pasoti through Paypal was where Newell got my email address from - the one he planted a virus in!

I had used a different email address to registar and post on Pasoti.

Be Warned!

Had you used that email address anywhere else?

Because from Paypal he would have your address too, and that would be how he managed to do that property search on you.

Which once again, is yet another breach of data protection.

That's how I see it.

I remember Newell declaring "pasoti will always be independent and stand on its own". What he meant was, *pasoti will always be independent and stand on its own unless I'm offered a sweetener".

If you donate via PayPal the recipient is given your address details.

If I'd donated to pasoti in the past I'd now be very worried as they have the address of everyone who has ever donated via PayPal.

That could also explain the mix up with village green and the letter.

Would you trust a man who held a dossier of thousands of images including private medical details to treat the PayPal address information as strictly confidential?

I don't.
