That's dedication, that is The carbs are still on the dining room table! When I was young....my mate kept his car engine, which he was rebuilding under his bed........his mum refused to enter his bedroom until it was finished.....and gone. |

| My other half says the same when she comes down, which is quite handy really because I can leave it on the table |

| The so called "dream stadium" with a massive 20,000 capacity would push us up into 51st position but only temporarily while others below us move to newer stadiums or expand existing stadiums.
When considering it's also worth mentioning that many of the clubs above us are not cities and are not as largely populated as Plymouth and that Plymouth is the 18th largest City in the country. |

Only 18th now ? So Plymouth is fading away, just like the village led club, where these days , if you don't acquiesce to the auctioneer and his poodles as willingly as a pedlar, youuum naaaat a praaaaper faaaan, matey ! |

Years ago it used to be 11th if I remember right, not far behind Cardiff. I would guess that Plymouth has expanded outside of its limited boundaries in S E Cornwall and the South Hams but that would be a whole research package! |

| I think the Woolwell estate is classed as the South Hams. |

| Either way, I expect James Brent has done his market research and comparisons with other clubs, towns, cities, areas etc. |

| What was the figure for Darlington?
They must have been bottom of that league but it only means so much. In the US the Green Bay Packers use a stadium that hosts crowds higher than the population of the town it is located in and they regularly fill it, and they are one of the most successful of all the NFL franchises and the Packers are owned by the local community via an American version of the Trust model of ownership. |

| SFD I think he's only worked out the teams still in the football league with no more than two teams in each city or town. |
