Roses are red, Violets are glorious, Never creep up On Oscar Pistorius.
His defence won't stand up in court, he hasn't got a leg to stand on and his solicitor is stumped as to how to get his client an innocent verdict.
It's okay. Hairy's made a joke on this subject so morally it means it's acceptable? |

It's okay. Hairy's made a joke on this subject so morally it means it's acceptable? It is. But only because one of the news reports showed an LG television on Oscars wall. Everyone knows that such a schoolboy error then makes you FAIR GAME. |

| All kinds of records could be set simply by letting Oscar Pistorius fire the starting pistol at the Women's 100 metres

| I had the misfortune to be listening to 5Live on the radio today when they went live to the Court to hear the Magistrate's verdict on bail or no bail. That Magistrate could have set a world record in waffle. It was almost 2 hours before he got around to saying bail is granted. I could have told everyone that after about 5 minutes of him starting. |

| Cleared of murder- - Web Story wrote:
- Oscar Pistorius has been cleared of the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
The judge in the trial in Pretoria said the state had "not proved" the athlete intended to kill his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
The South African Olympic sprinter denies murdering Steenkamp on 14 February 2013, saying he thought there was an intruder.
He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges he faces, including two counts of shooting a firearm in public and the illegal possession of ammunition.
Judge Thokosile Masipa said: "The state has not proved beyond reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty of premeditated murder. There are just not enough facts to support such a finding."
She added: "Clearly [Pistorius] did not subjectively foresee this as a possibility that he would kill the person behind the door, let alone the deceased as he thought she was in the bedroom."
She could still find the athlete guilty of culpable homicide, for which he would face a long jail term.
Here are the key points from the judge's verdict so far: •Oscar Pistorius has been cleared of the charge of murder, the judge saying the case was "not proved" and the evidence "purely circumstantial". •Pistorius was a "very poor witness", evasive in his testimony and "not candid" with the court when he said he had no intention to shoot anyone. •There is "no doubt" that Pistorius acted unlawfully when he fired through the bathroom door with shots that killed Reeva Steenkamp. •It is not reasonable for Pistorius to argue he has the right to arm himself when in danger on the grounds of being a vulnerable person. •There is "some doubt" a woman screamed on the night when Pistorius shot Steenkamp because of contradictory witness testimony. •The reliability of several witnesses is in doubt, with the judge acknowledging humans are fallible and may not have heard gunshots or screaming as they thought. •The court should not make inferences about the state of the relationship between Pistorius and Steenkamp. "None of the evidence of a loving relationship, or a relationship turned sour, can assist this court," the judge said. |

They reckon he'll serve ten months, any of Joe Public would have and should have got ten years. |

His sentence is very lenient to me he should have got 10 like you said especially as it was pre meditated as he fired the gun knowing there was someone behind the door. |
