You naughty boy ! It will happen soon but will only be the tip of the iceberg. Bad toe Pursey will probably get the gig , as any manager worth the name, will tell Brent he's running the club like a joke of a charity case. Meanwhile, the odious, self promoting crew, so loved by Brent, will be cosying up to their latest hero............I mean, meal ticket. Thaaaat Puuuurssseee, eeeee bleeeeds greeeen innum.

| It seems pretty clear from Brent's comments in the Herald about progress under Fletcher that unless we find ourselves in a genuine relegation battle he's not going to be given the flick.

18th in League 2 with the fixtures we've got coming up? Looks like a relegation battle to me. |

Win the next 2 games and we're looking up, not down, again. Last season was a relegation battle. Lose the next 4 and yes, we'll be properly in it......at which point the manager would surely have to go. |

| I know it won't happen but imagine if this thread title became real tomorrow night after the drubbing by Gillingham. It's nice to dream. |

| 50 billion dollars says he might not always get it right. Gardner was another one, give him a job to do off piste, and he was a lemon. All rich businessmen aren't good at what they do ... somebody has to do it in our system and they get paid better than others just for riding a wave that a child could surf. When the tide's out, they flounder like anyone else. |
