| Even Jock's mate Sparksy said it was a disappointing result. Sounds another poor performance. |

| Just to put the boot in a little bit more, I think that the number of injuries in the squad is partially down to the inexperienced management & physio team.
Lots of injuries are due to poor "warm up"/warm down" routines and some players seem to be taking an excessive amount of time to recover from what should be minor injuries (although this can also be put down to players not wanting to play in a losing team)
Argyle have a large squad for this league, but seem to be struggling to name a fit first 11 most weeks, which impacts on tactics and playing styles.
Sturrock got us out of this division with a very small squad-perhaps Maxie was the most important member of that back room team. |

| the lack of fitness makes me even more pissed off with fletcher as manager as what did the club do for the first 2 weeks of pre season? Nothing but fitness work ffs |

| Sack the clueless cretin- blaming the fans for his complete lack of managerial ability is the final straw. How many clubs have managers who can't even string a coherent sentence together? Only us! |

| I like the fact that he's trying to get the criticism away from young players like Hourihane-they're doing their best, trying to play a passing game. Even if people don't rate him, he's clearly trying his best and getting on his back won't help.
But what Fletcher ought to have said is "criticise me, not the players". The implication of "don't criticise at all" is a blunder and somewhat undermines the right of the paying fan/customer to criticise. |

| Don't really see what the fuss is about.Fletcher did have a point in that some elements of the crowd were on Hourihane's back very quickly last night, although it obviously didn't affect him that much when he was smacking that shot into the top corner.Blanchard copped it a bit for some rather inaccurate balls out of defence in the first half last night,so the experienced players got some flak as well-possibly Fletcher is being a bit over protective towards the younger players but i've heard managers be far more critical of the crowd down here-Holloway wasn't slow to let off steam when he felt that the backing of fans was not adequate and Waiters certainly could be very scathing of the punters at times. As for Brian Clough.......
Bit of oversensitivity on both sides is in evidence here,a lot of storm in a teacup nonsense. |

Fair comment. Not much to do with the limited scope of the issue in question, though. |

| Just made 3 attempts to validate my opinion on this, each time Vodafone has bailed me offline. So Mr Fletcher, please leave. If you're going to winge about fans moaning about players, what do you think we have to say about some of your choices? Fletcher out Vodafone.Pt sort your act out. |

| Fletch should never have accepted the job, he should be on the pitch.
Brent took the cheap option and it's backfired. Just like Mariner. |
