| Seen from The Code on Tony that these two chaps have formed a company called PAFC 125 (or something along the lines of), based at HP. Summed up as per Steve from GOS: - Quote :
- So, forgive my pea-sized brain, but is is fair to assume that this is the company that:
-will have an as yet unknown board of directors, chaired by Peter Ridsdale -hopes to take over the running of Plymouth Argyle Football Club from Plymouth Argyle Football Company Limited -unlike its predecessor, will have no debts, on day 1 at least, nor will it own Home Park -will be part-funded in year 1 by the PBs (Is that right? Will that be a loan or a 'gift' for want of a better word?) -will lease Home Park from the PBs, the terms of which are as yet unknown in Company Law terms at least, will be completely independant of Heaney and the PBs. We all know that Ridsdale is a lying manipulative tool, but certainly less about the quieter Jones who has actually been working with the club as a financial consultant role since Ridsdale left us (or not) back in December. Jones is the chap who oversaw the financial capitulation at Southampton along with Lowe, Wilde etc. As you can see from the following link, he is not going to be afraid of a spot of confrontation and won't be bothered by fan opinion in the slightest (although to be fair Lowe was the real villain if you'd ask Soton fans) ://forums.thedigitalfix.co.uk/forums/archive/index.php/t-539790.html On a side note, check the difference between their meeting and our Trust suckling at Ridsdale's pert teat at the Guildhall. Any other names |

| This new company is the first sign of PAFC being split in two. Ridsdale will control the football side of the operation using this new company and Heaney will control the property side under a new company, probably PAFC 2011 Limited.
It's unstoppable now.

| The FL could chuck a spanner in the works but I doubt they will despite a mountain of evidence suggesting that they should.
So is PCC completely out of the frame now?
When's Ridders date in front of the Queen? |
