| Salmon baked in herbs (cooked by me) with mixed salad followed by the most delectable crumble (sadly without cream - cooked by my hostess) that I have had for a long time!
Not enough wine so I'm home swallowing another glass-full. |

| Cheese & onion, salad cream & mustard (saladturd) sandwich, on/within brown bread, + scotch egg + cheese & onion crisps (walkers) + fruit pie

| sliced roast beef, with onion & horse raddish (creamy) sauce, on/within wholemeal + the other half of scotch egg + steak & onion crisps, Mmmmmmmmm |

| Whenever I suggest to someone that cucumber is good for stir-frying I always get a disbelieving look. Maybe apple is good as well. (Probably not.) |
