Comfortable enough win and job done-don't really understand the "shit performance" stuff in all truth, at this stage of the season results are all that matter and it isn't as if being second top scorers in the division is that much to be depressed about. In just about every Argyle promotion season that i can remember performances have tailed off from earlier season fluency to be replaced by grinding out results and i dare say that would be the case for most clubs. Good to see Conor Grant back in action and scoring, he could be a big asset with his cultured left peg especially from set pieces. Hopefully Bolton is not seriously injured but all in all a pretty good nights work.

Absofookinglutely snd another thing to add to that was that Burton had an almost faultless game, I have been very critical of him so far but that was a very good match for him.

Gritty performance against a difficult team, we were better by far, Burton mom for me, looks like he’s growing in confidence

Hardie could have been playing all thru the night and still wouldn’t have scored. Hitting both posts with one effort summed up his night really.

Barnsleys form has taken the gloss off a hard fought win tonight. Got a horrible feeling that we could win 6 or 7 of our last 8…and still not make top 2.

Top of the league with 8 games to go and only the tin pot trophy to distract us, I said earlier Id rather play the kids wondering whether to give the girls a try out now?

It's clear Barnsley are not going to drop anymore points this season so they will be occupying one of the top 2 places in May. Their run in is piss easy. Sheff Wed have three easily winnable games before we even play again. Realistically it's looking like the play-offs for Argo and Ipswich.
