| so two kids broke in and hotwired the tractor to go joyriding on the pitch...
does anyone really except them to face any kind of justice if found guilty beyond a slap on the wrist? The club should just claim on their insurance, fix what ever damage that has been done although if the two friendlies arent being cancelled i doubt it was that much if any and get on with the preparations now oh and lock up better in future. |

The clubs hype is beyond ridiculous nowadays, It's the fekkin 3rd Division FFS ! Their tone used in missives directed towards the fans really sounds a bit Primary school and they need to watch the way they are continually lecturing us like we are all ten years old, who is their press officer nowadays, they sound really feckin amateur? |

I must pay more attention. I've never heard of any of them before. Charlie Rose that’s one who plebby banged his missus init Charlie promotedFollowing a successful debut season for Argyle TV and the club's own digital platforms we have opened two new positions in our media department to further enhance our communications, content and digital resources. The roles are introduced as part of the club's strategic plan to bring fans closer to Argyle than ever before, and increase revenue and sponsorship opportunities through our digital platforms. These roles will enable us to enhance our media offering across all digital areas - including pafc.co.uk, the Argyle App, the soon to be installed Big Screen at Home Park, and our own streaming and video on demand service, Argyle TV - with a view to reinvesting that revenue into the club. We are recruiting a Media Officer to deliver engaging communications and content across our website, social media, and print publications, with a focus on reporting on all football activities at Home Park – from the Academy through to the first team. The successful candidate will take a leading role in match-day and non-match-day communications at Argyle, producing in-house content for the club, as well as supporting the Communications Manager with handling external media requests. As well as attending fixtures at Home Park, the Media Officer will be required to travel with the club’s media team to away matches, including overnight stays, when required. Candidates must possess exceptional written skills, as well as a good understanding of social media and industry trends. The role is vacated by Charlie Price, whose excellent work on features and interviews has led him into an Argyle TV-centric Production Manager role, where he is tasked with further evolving our fledgling content schedule, live programming, and access behind-the-scenes at Home Park. In addition, we are recruiting a Content & Digital Media Executive, who will be an key player in upscaling the club’s multimedia content output to include an increase in exclusive features on Argyle TV, as well as engaging the broader Argyle fanbase across platforms. The Content & Digital Media Executive will support the existing Content & Digital Media Manager, and must possess excellent video capture and editing skills, as well as the ability to edit graphics and a strong general knowledge of emerging media platforms. Applications are now open for both roles via Indeed, and the deadline for submission Monday, 20 June. Media Officer Content & Digital Media Executive For an informal discussion on the roles and their requirements, please email [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and a member of the team will get back to you. Plymouth Argyle Football Club has strong values, and any successful applicant must demonstrate those values through their behaviours. Please note that applications for this post will only be accepted via Indeed. |
