See on the news that the patience of our friends up the road is wearing quite thin at the hollow promises & procrastination of the shyster re: the redevelopment of the Royal Clarence.
Any minute now he’ll be pleading poverty to screw millions from ECC.

it was on ITV south west also BBC spotlight, They think it might be mouths before a new plans will go to the council, but off air not on camera a Mr Brent said in the coming   weeks a new plan will go to the  council and  might fly. How Plymouth international ice rink coming on?

all very predictable and was said back when he bought it that years will pass and nothing will change. He was no savior of pafc far from it and his greed killed a much loved professional basketball team and we now have a new club thats struggling to catch up with the rest of the league due to the time its been formed thanks to him.

sooner he is forced to sell the pavilions and the bit of land he still owns around our stadium the better

I said on another thread I wondered why the Clarence had become unviable after Covid? Wtf has Covid got to do with anything? Unsightly load of student accomadation coming foreshore.

whether covid happend or not he was never going to revive that hotel and would have for sure held it till someone gets pissed off enough to buy it off him ala Simon Hallett and he walks away with his money and a tidy profit.

Old Brent learnt his trade well whilst at Citibank dealing in properties. He knows the score all right. He's a right little shyster make no mistake but stays within the law with ease
