Plymouth Argyle move to secure future of youngest-ever player Freddie Issaka

The 15-year-old schoolboy made his senior debut in a recent Papa John's Trophy tie against Newport County

Plymouth Argyle's youngest-ever player Freddie Issaka has agreed to sign a professional contract with the club on his 17th birthday.

Argyle director of football Neil Dewsnip has confirmed that another schoolboy, midfielder Caleb Roberts, will also sign a pro deal with the Pilgrims when he is 17.

Sounds like the youth development is really coming together, all looks positive to me.
Amazing what can happen under a owner with ambition and tangible assets instead of a shyster and dodgy muppets running the club. Basketball
