Lowe was on the Saturday panel which included Jamie Mackie.
Lowe talked about Argyle and the goal scoring form of Hardie.
Lowe said he needed a new striker to take the weight off Hardie and Jephcott, he was offered loads of strikers but none were the right fit or in budget.
